Custom Order Add-On – Embroidery Upgrade, Sleeve or Back Embroidery, Garment Upgrade, Rush Shipping, Remake

This listing is for custom add-ons and upgrade services for an existing CampusStitch order. Please message us before purchasing so we can confirm the details of your request.

Available options

• Add On – small approved extras (extra text, additional thread color, design tweak).
• 1 Sleeve – add embroidery to one sleeve (name, date, initials or a small design).
• 2 Sleeves – add embroidery to both sleeves.
• 2 Sided – add a second embroidered design on the back or front of your garment.
• Exchange – swap your item for a different size or color (a new piece is embroidered for you).
• Sweatshirt Upgrade – upgrade your T-shirt order to a crewneck sweatshirt.
• Remake – re-embroider your design on a brand-new garment with the changes you request.
• Priority Shipping – move your order to the front of the production queue and ship with a faster service.

How to order

1. Contact us with your original order number and what you would like to add or change.
2. We confirm the details and the correct option for your request.
3. Select the matching option above and complete checkout.
4. Add your original order number and personalization notes in the order note at checkout.

Please note

• This is not a standalone product – it must be linked to an existing order.
• Upgrades must be purchased before your original order goes into production. Once stitching has started, changes may require a Remake.
• All designs are machine-embroidered in-house with high-quality thread.
• Because every item is made to order, add-on purchases are non-refundable once production begins.
