Size is measured across the widest point of the finished jersey or uniform shape.

For longer names, multiple words, or larger numbers, we recommend choosing a larger size so the embroidery remains balanced, clear, and easy to read.

Each Jersey Charm is individually made to order. Small variations in embroidery texture, stitch placement, uniform details, fabric position, and final construction may occur. These natural differences make every charm unique.

Colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, screen settings, and fabric or thread batches.

Names and numbers may be resized slightly to fit the selected jersey silhouette. Longer names may require smaller lettering to keep all embroidery inside the body of the jersey.

The selected shape determines the neckline, sleeve, stripe, and uniform details. Please review the shape chart carefully before placing your order.

A digital proof may be sent after your order is placed when design confirmation is needed. Please review the player name, jersey number, shape, colors, font, and layout carefully.

Please reply within 24 hours if changes are required. If we do not receive a response within that time, we may begin production using the submitted personalization details or the provided proof.

Changes requested after embroidery has started may not be possible.

Because every Jersey Charm is custom made and personalized specifically for the buyer, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an error that differs from the submitted or approved personalization details, please message us. We care about your experience and will do our best to help make it right.
